3. Our Creations

Omorfia Bijoux offers, in particular, jewelry made with natural stones as well as personalized creations based on choices or information provided by the customer.

We strive to present our products, their dimensions, materials, colors and characteristics as accurately as possible.

However, colors may appear differently depending on the screen and device used.

Natural Stones

Natural stones inherently feature variations in color, transparency, veining, shape or shades.

Two stones of the same variety may therefore have visual differences.

These natural variations contribute to the unique character of each creation and do not, in themselves, constitute a product defect.

This provision does not limit any rights you may have where a product is genuinely defective, damaged or does not conform to its description.

4. Personalized Creations

Certain Omorfia creations are made or personalized specifically for the customer.

Depending on the product, personalization may be determined based on:

answers provided through a questionnaire;
a personal intention;
astrological information selected by the customer;
a selected size;
color preferences;
or other options offered on the relevant product page.

The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information and choices provided before completing their order.

Once production of a personalized creation has begun, certain changes may no longer be possible.

Personalized creations may also be subject to specific conditions regarding returns or changes of mind, in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable laws.

These restrictions do not remove the consumer's rights regarding, in particular, defective, damaged or non-conforming products.

5. Symbolism of Stones and Creations

Information relating to natural stones, intentions, astrology or their symbolism is provided for creative, personal and symbolic purposes.

It does not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial or professional advice.

Our jewelry and stones are not presented as being able to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition.

6. Prices, Currency, Taxes and Fees

The displayed currency may vary depending on the market or the customer's location where our store's features allow. The currency applicable to the transaction is displayed before the order is confirmed.

Payment must be authorized in order for the order to be processed.

Payments may be processed by Shopify and/or third-party payment service providers.

Omorfia Bijoux does not necessarily receive all banking information used to make your payment.

If payment fails or is declined, the order may not be completed.

8. Orders and Formation of the Contract

Before confirming your order, you have the opportunity to review the information entered and the products selected and, where the website's features allow, correct any errors.

After the order has been placed, a confirmation is sent to the email address provided during the purchase.

The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and accurate billing and shipping information.

Where applicable law imposes specific requirements regarding the formation, confirmation or retention of the contract, those requirements remain applicable.

9. Availability and Issues Affecting an Order

We do our best to maintain accurate information regarding the availability of our products.

If an issue arises after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer to present the available solutions in accordance with applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms authorizes us to unilaterally cancel a contract where applicable law requires us to fulfill it.

10. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to destinations available at checkout.

Available shipping methods, their rates and applicable delivery timeframes or estimates are presented to the customer when placing the order.

Certain options may vary depending on the destination, order value and available carrier.

Where free shipping is offered, the conditions displayed on our website apply.

Canada and the United States

Where the corresponding offer is available, standard shipping is free on orders of CAD $90 or more in Canada and the United States.

This offer applies only to standard shipping. Express shipping options remain subject to additional charges unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Times

We do our best to prepare and ship orders within the announced timeframes.

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, circumstances beyond our control may affect its delivery.

However, this provision does not limit consumer rights where applicable law provides remedies in the event of delayed or failed delivery.

11. Shipping Address

The customer must carefully verify their name and shipping address before confirming their order.

We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that a change will be possible once preparation or shipment has begun.

Any mandatory rights provided under applicable law remain unchanged.
